1- Saving payment method type to be the default selected payment for the following payment action.

2- Add the ability to hide/unhide measures on Furniture Item Notes section

3- Change the payment settlement for appended Cubicle Booking not to be split on all group bookings.

4- Change move-out settlement to ignore non-refunded values.
